United Way has a vision of Santa Clara County where everyone is fully capable of participating and flourishing within their family, neighborhood and community.
We’re Connecting A World Apart in Silicon Valley
To achieve our vision, United Way conducted a comprehensive community needs assessment to identify the most urgent issues facing children, youth, adults and seniors right here in our own backyard. Our research guided our new community impact strategy that focuses on solving these problems by finding long-term solutions – not quick fixes –
for people in our community.
